A QUICK MESSAGE OF GRATITUDE

This kind of thing makes me feel so grateful to be where I am and helps me see the hard work and sacrifices made to create something for others all worth while.
I recently came off social media. 60K followers, gone (20k+ were bots for sure!). The time I was spending communicating with everyone and anyone was slowly draining me. I don't think people realise how much time/energy goes in to waking up stuuuupid early 7 days a week to make sure that first client can train before they work, answering hundreds of messages to help a wider audience online, remaining positive and motivational day in day out. Yes it is what we sign up for but it does slowly eat away at you if you don't self love. I was at a low point mentally. Now I've managed my time better and my business life is thriving, my teaching and training has come back with a passion and my personal life is even more amazing as I can reciprocate the support and love given to me daily.
This message was sent to me. it's been a long time since I received such gratitude from a stranger. Years ago it was a regular thing which sparked fire in my want to do more for people. Now, people are too cool to thank anyone. It's all about likes and followers. I don't do what I do for something in return. If you know anything about me you'll know I give more than I have and always will.

I want to personally thank YOU for reading this and now leave you with the message I received.
A QUICK MESSAGE OF GRATITUDE
Hello Stephen, hopefully this reaches you before your account goes away. I been wanting to reach out to you for a while so here it goes. I want vegan back in 2012 and randomly came across your work online. I was inspired first because you were vegan/plant-based, your physical strengths and capabilities, and your overall confidence in what you're trying to put out in the world. I've appreciated your approach to showing strength can be had on a vegan diet, but the message wasn't overpowering and never felt pushed, which made it more approachable. Early on I used that to experiment with not only what I was putting in my body but new ways to move. Which was a great start, but approach to want I wanted physically never gained much traction, as I let doubt and procrastination take over for years. Sometime late last fall you posted something along the lines of asking people what they wanted to accomplish before the years end. For me it was getting a back tuck, front lever, L-sit, muscle-up, and of course a flag. I wanted to post that but I couldn't get myself to for fear of failure. For whatever reason, that has been on mind since then. That internal nagging finally got the best of me and as of 2 months ago, I blew up my daily routine. 5am workouts, riding my bike to work, finish the day with another workout. Specifically working on progressions to get closer to those goals I've wanted for myself for years. I'm still a long ways away, but I feel regaining more purpose in my life beyond what physical achievements I may reach. My goal is to achieve the above by the end of August. I guess I just felt I need to not only thank you for your presence, inspiration, and honesty over the years, but let you know I'm holding myself accountable and I will wake up with intent to reach my goals and set new ones each day. When August ends, know there will be a 34 year old vegan holding a flag at the top of a mountain here in Alaska. I wish you the best in all you do, and hope to cross paths with you one day. May blessings and fulfillment continue to find you.
Got a minute today? Reach out to someone and let them know how much you adore them.
Appreciate appreciation.
