Every day I will post my 1st exercise session of the day (06:00). Each calisthenics workout is 45 mins MAX and designed to help keep a great level of fitness whilst switching up bodyweight movements, rep ranges, times and rest rate.. Rules: Do not miss a repetition or second. Regress the workout if need be but keep it challenging. Focus 100%. Every time you check your phone, 10 burpees. Seriously.
