Back for December to give you some ammo for that January Fitness attack we all seem to do. 

Each calisthenics workout is 45 mins MAX and designed to help keep a great level of fitness whilst switching up bodyweight movements, rep ranges, times and rest rate.. Do not miss a repetition or second. Regress the workout if need be but keep it challenging. Videos will be coming soon
