Every day I will post my 1st exercise session of the day (06:00). Each session is 45 mins MAX and designed to help keep a great level of fitness whilst switching up the calisthenics movements, prep ranges, times and rest rate..
Do not miss a repetition or second. Regress the workout if need be but keep it challenging.
